Delicious. Even my 9 and 11-yr-olds ate it up! For simplicity, I added the cilantro and nuts into the mix, making it a one pot meal.

This was fantastic! Super easy with the spiralizer we got, too. Tastes really good over rice as well though. Will make it again!
