Absolutely wondering my husband and I are eating raw vegan for the next 30 days, I was so worried that he wouldn’t like it... he loved it! His only request was that I heated his plate and he liked it even better! Wish us luck!

This is delicious and super easy! I didn't have a lot of cashews so I cut the recipe 1/3 and didn't use avocado.
