This lemon garlic butter shrimp with zucchini was delicious. After the shrimp was cooked in the garlic butter, I removed it from the pan while the zucchini cooked. Then I added it back in with the zoodles and cooked for a few more minutes.

We love this recipe. So easy and fresh tasting. And keeps a smile on the face of the gluten intolerant, diabetic in our family. A firm favourite with everyone

This meal was delicious. I used the white wine and it made everything taste so much fancier! I cooked it longer to let the sauce thicken. To me it tasted as good as something I’d order in a restaurant.

I ended up using frozen Zoodles that I defrosted and had to simmer the zoodles in the sauce a little longer to reduce th sauce...it still ended up delicious! Very quick meal if you’re pressed for time!

Really flavorful—but I added some heavy cream to thicken the sauce a bit. Didn’t even miss pasta

Super yummy and easy to make for someone for doesn’t cook a lot. I used small shrimp and it turned out fine. Would make again!

It was good but not terrific - if I were to make it again, I would use more lemon juice and italian seasoning. Anyway it was a nice way to eat veggies and shrimp and filled me up!

One of the best sauces I ever made. I used chicken stock. The combination really cut the vegetable taste from the noodles.

Absolutely delicious! Love the seasoning combination, I added a little Cajun to the shrimp and that really made it pop! My new go to seafood dinner

Flavor was good- but the dish was missing something... it needed another veggie or something.

My first time making zoodles (I bought a spiralizer) - very quick and easy. Loved how fast this meal was to make. Maybe a little too spicy for kids but we loved it.
