turned out pretty good. i used sushi rice and cooked it in my rice cooker then threw it in with the onions etc..
for such a simple recipe it has good flavors and tastes great. thanks!!💕

This recipe was great, and unlike most "timed" recipes, this one actually only took me ten minutes! Next time, I might add some frozen peas and/or carrots, but great for a quick meal. 10/10!
