Very simple recipe but full of flavor!
Did add a dash of garlic powder (because who can go wrong with garlic) and subbed the garlic for butter, but it turned out well!
Tip for anybody planning to make it, cook your fish on a lower temperature and DEFINITELY use a non stick pan, swai is a very delicate fish
