- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey (crunch peanut butter)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups granola (Kimberly's, chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. water (or milk)

Directions
- Combine flour, brown sugar, salt and baking soda, and Kimberly's Granola in large bowl, set aside.
- Cream together egg, vanilla, peanut butter, milk or water, until smooth.
- Gradually add soft mixture to flour, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, and Kimberly's Granola until totally combined.
