Directions
- Combine ingredients in a mixer till everything is moistened and forms a ball. (add a little more water if necessary)
- Roll into balls & let sit a little while
- With a rolling pin, roll into a thin, round tortilla shape
- Cook on hot griddle til tiny bubbles start to form (about 10 seconds)
- Flip, cook 30 seconds. Flip, cook additional 30 seconds
