    The wings were just fine. Mine didn't look anything like the picture. The results this method produced wasn't worth the effort of parboiling. Tossing the wings in baking powder and cooking on 250F for 39 minutes, and switching to 425F for 50 minutes produced better tasting wings with MUCH less work.
