Description

  • 2 thick center-cut wild salmon fillets (4 oz. each)
  • 1/2 pound broccoli florets (trimmed)

    I couldn't find most of the ingredients so i ended up with couscous, sea salt and fish sauce, white miso and crushed red pepper but y'all it was still so good.

    Straight forward and easy to make with a delicious sauce. May cut the yonio in half next time if cooking for two.
