- 4 cups heavy cream

- 1 lb. elbow macaroni (dry)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for mac and cheese)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (for mac and cheese)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping mac and cheese)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping mac and cheese)
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (softened, for topping mac and cheese)
- 2 Tbsp. white miso (for gravy)
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard (for gravy)

Wife said it was the best pork chop she ever had. Extremely juicy, fell off the bone. Flavor of the Mac & cheese was a great compliment to the pork. Excellent meal!
