- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 bunch hong cai tai (or hon tsai tai, also known as purple choy sum or purple-stem mustard greens)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. plum vinegar (preferably from Taiwan Sugar Corp.)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/4 lb. skin on salmon fillets (wild Alaskan sockeye salmon, can ask fishmonger to cut into smaller fillets and/or remove the skin if you prefer)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (plus more as needed)
- freshly ground black pepper

- cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (for salmon)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (for vegetables)

Very good!! My grocery store didn’t have the plumb vinegar, so I used plumb sauce instead and it turned out great.
