we enjoyed this recipe although something was missing that I couldn't quite put my finger on. Not something to make it identical to Chipotle but a flavor we missed. Either way it was pretty easy We didn't like the vinaigrette that much so we skipped it and I used it for something else

I didnt add cheese or tomatoes because I don't like those. I'll definitely be making it again!
