Free form galettes are one of the most stress-free, easy desserts to make that also look elegant enough for very special occasions. I made these with strawberries and raspberries, but you can combine all kinds of different fruits! Strawberry-rhubarb is one of my favorite combinations,  but a peach-blackberry galette would be delicious, and a combination of strawberries and blueberries would be brilliant for later on in the summer too. Serve them up with a little vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and watch 'em disappear.
